Javed Iqbal Choudhary, a highly respected and popular youth leader from Rajouri district, has joined the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC).

Javed, who previously served as the Chairperson of the Block Development Council in Koteranka (Budhal), is locally celebrated as a “development icon” for his unwavering focus on improving basic education, healthcare, and road infrastructure in the region.

Joining him in the party are Baji Mian Mohammad Aslam Sahab, a widely revered spiritual and social leader from Budhal, and Javed’s wife, Shazia Kausar, who is a member of the District Development Council (DDC). Other prominent figures, including Baji Abdul Wahid, Moulana Baji, and Baji Bashir Sahab, also pledged their support to the National Conference.
