Sagar calls for effective arrangements at all major shrines during
Srinagar, 05 Sept: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President, Dr. Farooq Abdullah, and Vice President, Omar Abdullah Thursday extend warm greetings to the people on the beginning of the auspicious month of Rabi ul Awal.
Dr. Farooq Abdullah expresses his hope that Rabi ul Awal brings peace and prosperity to Jammu and Kashmir. He emphasizes that Hazrat Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) life serves as a timeless inspiration for humanity, earning him titles such as “the Truthful” and “the Faithful.”
Vice President Omar Abdullah urges individuals to follow the teachings of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH). He highlights the Prophet’s message of love and forgiveness, stating that he is a blessing for all mankind.
The party’s senior leaders also extend their best wishes to the people as Rabi ul Awal begins. Additionally, Party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar calls upon the divisional administration to ensure seamless civic amenities for devotees at various holy sites across Kashmir.
Sagar stresses the importance of collaboration between the civil administration, Waqf board, and shrine management bodies to ensure a smooth and successful observance of Milad across the region.
