Dr. Farooq condemns killings of six labourers, doctor in Ganderbal 

Meets number of public, individual delegations at party headquarters 

Srinagar, 21 Oct: The President of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, Dr. Farooq Abdullah, strongly denounced the heinous act of violence resulting in the brutal killing of six laborers and a doctor in Ganderbal on Monday.In a statement issued from the party headquarters Nawa-e-Subha, Dr. Farooq expressed his deep sorrow over the appalling attack on local and non-locals at Gagangir in the Sonamarg region. These individuals were diligently working on a crucial infrastructure project in the area. Tragically, six laborers and a doctor lost their lives in the dastardly attack. Many have been injured in this cowardly militant assault. Dr. Farooq unequivocally condemns this attack on unarmed, innocent individuals and extends his heartfelt condolences to their families. He prayed for quick and complete recovery of the injured.
Additionally, the General Secretary of the Party, Ali Muhammad Sagar and party leaders have also vehemently condemned this despicable act.
Meanwhile, Dr. Farooq Abdullah held meetings with several individual and public delegations at the party headquarters. During these interactions, he emphasized that the doors of the party headquarters are open to all, encouraging people to visit the office and bring their concerns to light.
