Emphasize importance of taking party manifesto to every doorstep; says manifesto caters to all age groups, regions, and social strata
Srinagar, 27 Aug: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah, and Vice President Omar Abdullah joined party candidates to file their nomination papers.
Dr. Farooq Abdullah accompanied Muhammad Khalil Bandh and Ghulam Mohiuddin Mir who filed nomination papers from Pulwama and Rajpora constituencies, respectively.
Vice President Omar Abdullah accompanied Dr. Bashir Ahmad Veeri, Abdul Majeed Bhat Larmi and Altaf Ahmad Wani to file their nomination papers.
Later, the duo addressed the party workers and emphasized the importance of taking the party manifesto to every doorstep. They highlighted that the manifesto not only addresses the current issues faced by the people but also commits to restoring the region’s unique status and protecting its individuality. They said that the manifesto caters to all age groups, regions, and social strata, prioritizing the issues of youth unemployment, development deficit, and unaccountability.
