Dr. Farooq, Omar Abdullah  seek elaborate arrangements on Urs of Hazrat Shah Hamadan (RA), Hazrat Payam Ud Din Reshi (RA) 

Srinagar, 05 June: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah on Wednesday sought well coordinated arrangements on the upcoming Urs observances of Hazrat Amir-e-Kabir Mir Syed Ali Hamadani (RA), and Hazrat Payam Ud Din Reshi ( RA).
The duo asked the divisional administration to come up with a  roadmap for coordinated efforts by all departments so that all requisite facilities for the devotees are ensured during the Urs celebrations. They impressed upon the divisional administration to pass necessary directives to concerned  Tehsildars, Executive Engineers of R&B & PHE, ARTOs, Executive Officer of Municipalities, DSPs Traffic, Block Medical Officers, Assistant Engineers and officers of the Fire and Emergency Services in addition to the Waqf Board Officers to work in tandem with shrine management bodies for the hassle free conduct of Urs Sharief.
Among others GS Ali Muhammad Sagar, PP Nasir Aslam Wani, Senior leaders Mubarak Gul, Shameema Firdous, Chief Spokesperson Tanvir Sadiq, MPs elect Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi, Mian Altaf Ahmad Larvi also impressed upon the concerned authorities to rise up to the occasion and ensure hassle free arrangements for devotees during the Urs days.
